Active Directory Recycle Bin can be used to recover deleted AD Objects, to be able to do this it first needs to be enabled. Active Directory Recycle Bin requires a Forest functional level of at least 2008 r2.
It can be enabled in the Active Directory Administrative Center, select the domain in the left
pane and then click Enable Recycle Bin in the right Tasks pane. When prompted, click OK.
To restore a deleted object, open Active Directory Administrative Center, under the domain select the Deleted Object menu. Select the object and on the right hand menu click Restore.
